Caption: What a difference 20 years makes. The two photos above supplied by the New Hampshire Office of State Planning were taken in 1978 and 1998. They clearly show the changes that have occurred at Seabrook Harbor over the years as the Blackwater River cut a new channel on the south side of the harbor, jeopardizing the homes and the town pier in that area.
